Ingredients for crepes:
  • eggs 3            
  • flour 250 g
  • milk 1/2   liter 
  • butter 40 g
  • salt 1 pinch
  • Vanilla seeds 1 vanilla bean

Heat the jar of Nutella in a double boiler to make it more fluid.
Prepare the dough crepes putting in a high-sided bowl the flour, vanilla, milk and salt (1), and by mixing all the ingredients with a whisk or a blender. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then, always beating, incorporate them into the mixture of milk (2). Let the batter rest covered at least half an hour. Melt the butter in a small pan and incorporate the mixture, mixing well, then ask a non-stick pan for crepes on the fire and let it warm, then pour in the middle of it a ladle of batter (3) (regulator depending on the size of the pan that you will use)

and, tilting and rotating the pan, or using the tool the dough distributed over the entire surface (4). Gilded the cracks for a minute on the fire, then turn it and do the same thing on the other side (5); place it on a plate, sprinkle with a tablespoon of Nutella (6), fold it in half on itself and then in half again, thus forming a sort of fan. Sprinkle the cracks of icing sugar and serve.
advice

You can decorate the cracks dipping a spoon in Nutella fluid and making particular flush on its surface; finished decorating sprinkle with icing sugar.

If you forward the dough you can store it in the refrigerator with plastic wrap for at most a day.
